The serial-cycling diet: day 50

Brunch: eggs. Forgot to take picture.
Weightlifting: 1 x 5 x 280 lbs deadlift. Not bad after a hiatus of three weeks.(I did 1 x 5 x 275 lbs the last time. 285 lbs is my 5-rep PR.) Felt good. I like to let out a primal grunt at the end, both to motivate myself, and to scare other guys around me.
Dinner: minced meat cutlets. Spicy veal liver (maybe 1/2 lb). Bone marrow broth. Look at all that fat. You don’t know what you’re missing if you don’t make your own. Thanks to my mother who tolerates my eating pork and beef.
