Breakfast: four eggs.

Lunch: lots of Korean steak. This is a cheap but good hack I found: go to a Korean food truck, and ask how much for meat only. Mine was $6 for all that meat. Downside is that it was marinated in some sickly sweet #DeepSoy sauce.

Dinner: lamb chop, spicy minced beef.

Commentary: don’t feel tired, despite much chronic stress.
