Commentary: Nassim Nicholas Taleb is on a different cycle (zero-carb, low-protein, high-fat).
Lunch: Skipped due to work.
Weightlifting: 5 pull-ups.
Dinner: Salad: lettuce, pinto beans, peppers and onions, mild, medium, cheese, sour cream, guacamole. Some raw cashews. (I’m a cashew kaiju.)
