Why DogeCoin Could Become The New Best Cryptocurrency
It just needs to change, well, almost everything. Which Elon might do with the Doge team according to his Twitter.
Elon Musk is very obviously pushing DogeCoin to be the new great cryptocurrency. He has stated before that he would love the irony of a joke cryptocurrency becoming the new leading coin in terms of payment, however, DogeCoin has its flaws at the moment.
These flaws are mostly because the coin started as a joke. It isn’t very environmentally friendly, it has an unlimited supply which is horrible for any currency, and the APIs it uses may be outdated. But this might change.
Elon Musk himself is going to work with the developers of Doge to improve the coin. We can only speculate in which ways it will improve exactly, but we can assume that Elon will make his dream come true as he has done before.
The Twitter meme billionaire has founded SpaceX, Tesla, and many more amazing ventures, so we know he is capable of creating great things. This is why I am positive that Musk will improve the coin with the Doge team to make it more environmentally friendly and make sure it will increase in value over time by creating a limited supply and improving the APIs.
But time will tell. We have no clues as to what Elon envisions, but we could speculate that it will make his vision come true.
Conclusion
Dogecoin started as a joke, but Elon Musk might just transform it into the new Ethereum for all we know. It might sound bad, but it isn’t an issue for cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology yet. Pumping a useless coin is horrible and people will lose a lot of money, but when the coin gets great fundamentals, it might just work out.
