Smarties 聰明仔 －Reflection on interview with a retired sailor

日期 | 二零一五年八月十六日時間 | 下午三時十五分 地點 | 香港深水埗北河街市政大廈U6層社交閣 受訪者 | 張浩 男 | 86 首先，在深水埗活動的長者並不一定居住於該區。受訪者居住於牛頭角順安邨，但由於他退休前曾在市政大廈工作，所以他每天會乘搭巴士到深水埗，消磨一天的時間，包括吃飯和休息。 其次，長者所關注的問題比較個人，例如身體狀況。受訪者的妻子因為中風而去世，所以擔心獨居的他可能會在家中昏倒無人發現；雖然他已經安裝平安鐘，但他仍希望子女會主動致電以確定他沒有問題，這與我們之前假設的居住或經濟困難不盡相同。 再者，即使面對情況，長者並不會訴諸制度上的解決方法。受訪者表示，他有使用順利村公園的康體設施，但他仍不厭其煩每天坐巴士到深水埗和舊同事或朋友見面，因為感覺比較親切。 可見即使目前的政策和制度涵蓋長者的生活基本需要，例如房屋、醫療等，但支援似乎並未能滲透到長者的日常生活層面，尤其是社交和心理健康方面，長者會利用原有的人際網路去處理或解決問題，而非透過制度以社會資源改善情況。 聰明仔 Smarties | B組 訪問者 | Michelle Yip …
