County Clerk’s Office is moving

Beginning Feb. 6, the office formerly housed at 49 Rancocas Road will be located across the street at 50 Rancocas Road

Burlington County Clerk Tim Tyler announced beginning Monday, Feb. 6, the County Clerk’s Office, formerly housed at the County Complex located at 49 Rancocas Road in Mt. Holly, will be permanently relocated directly across the street at 50 Rancocas Road on the third floor.

All services formerly offered at the County Clerk’s Office, such as marriage services and passports, recording of documents, public records, notary services, and election and voter services will continue to be available at the new location.

“We hope that this move will create an easier, more convenient public service experience for our residents,” said Tyler. “Our new location and facility will allow us to continue enhancing our ability to serve our residents at the highest level.”

“Our satellite office in the Moorestown Mall will continue operations uninterrupted,” concluded Tyler.

The new location will maintain the same phone number (609) 265–5122 and services hours. The Clerk’s Office is open Monday from 8 a.m.-7 p.m. and Tuesday-Friday from 8 a.m. -4 p.m. Additionally, the mailing address will remain the same, P.O. Box 6000, Mt. Holly, NJ 08060.
