Shamong Township offers free Rabies inoculation clinic for cats and dogs

Event to take place March 25 at the Shamong Municipal Garage

The Township of Shamong is holding a free Rabies inoculation clinic March 25 between 9 and 11 a.m. at the Shamong Municipal Building. Dog licenses may be purchased at that time or any day Monday through Friday at the Municipal Building from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. A Rabies Certification must be examined before a license can be sold. The cost of a license is $10 with proof that the dog has been spayed or neutered and $13 without proof. New Jersey law requires all dogs over six months of age to be licensed.
