We’ve all experienced imposter syndrome, but have we all successfully navigated it? Here are 3 tips to help you overcome this debilitating condition.

  1. Acknowledge your feelings and reframe your mindset - Realize that you’re not alone. Whenever you feel like you’re not good enough, or that you don’t deserve your success, reflect on the hard work you put in to achieve that success.
  2. Set realistic goals and track your successes - Divide your work into micro tasks and celebrate these small wins! Record even the smallest of your successes. So, when you do have feelings of self-doubt, you can always use your record to regain your confidence.
  3. Be vocal about your feelings - It can be daunting to open up to people about yourself. But if you talk to people who face the same issue, they can share valuable insights and support you.

I believe in you, so you should too.
