31% Of U.S. Adults Are Online Almost All Day Long

According to a survey conducted by the Pew Research Center, 31% of U.S. adults say they’re online almost constantly.

Does that surprise you?

Only 8% report going online several times a week or less often.

7% claim they never use the internet, at all.

That means that 85% go online at least once a day.

Isn’t that shocking?

Not a lot of difference between generations

Over the last 9 years, the share of Americans between the ages of 30 and 64 years old declaring to be online almost non-stop has increased significantly.

They didn’t grow up with smartphones, and many of them starting using the internet only as adults. Yet today, in far too many instances, these adults could be considered addicted to the internet and mobile devices.
