The quieter you become, the more you are able to hear — Maulana Rumi

He was a 13th-century Persian poet, saint, scholar, and Sufi. He had many quotes that speak volumes and heal.

I looked into wisdom by dervishes or saints of the past to deal with life. I learned that silence introduced the solutions to many issues. I saw where the noises and distractions were coming from. I learned to travel inward and recognize the areas to improve myself. It helped me focus less on other people because I have a lot to deal with my inner voices and thoughts. His wisdom about silence taught me to count the blessings in life.

Set a time for yourself. Observe the silence.
