decorated church pews and altar for a wedding

A twee little Church, a pretty setting

Of century’s old, where stories evolve.

The sun is shining, not a cloud in sight,

What better day two families unite?

The vicar is waiting atop the aisle,

A patient groom too nervous to smile!

The pews are lined end to end,

Friends and family unite and blend.

Await the bride an entrance she’ll make,

The Mendelssohn March, the walk she will take,

An elegant bride advances the altar,

Despite her nerves, she doesn’t falter.

Hymns and passage, a ceremony,

Love declared so happy they’ll be,

Exchange of rings, commitment for life,

A beautiful bride becomes a wife!

Insert the Brides name at ‘bride’ and the groom’s name in the last line replacing ‘a’.
