For me, journaling is the number one tool that brings clarity and energy each morning, preparing me for the day ahead.

A balanced life includes a self-care routine. We can’t neglect ourselves. Self-care is the foundation of our well-being.

While a long nap might sound refreshing, as a friend suggested, we’ll wake up in the same circumstance without structure and plan.
