Alec Baldwin Shot Camera Woman On Movie Set
In a horrible accident
This is not going to be a long story. I read the headline this morning. On the set of “Rust”, a Western movie in the making, leading actor, Alec Baldwin, shot the camera woman Halyna Hutchins. A weapon that was used as a requisite during the scenes apparently went off.
Halyna sadly died in the hospital. Also hurt was director Joel Souza. How does something like this happen? Unimaginable.
It’s not the first time. I remember 1993 when Brandon Lee, the son of actor Bruce Lee, died on the set of the movie “The Crow”. A gunshot.
Halyna Hutchins was born in Ukraine in 1979 and was credited with more than 30 productions, from short films to movies and TV series. Rest in peace.
