Remember the 3 strategies for keeping your New Year Resolutions.

Let’s focus on the first step, the most important of all.
Choose your own goals.

Recheck, if you have chosen the goals which resonate with you, are in congruence with your values, and suit your lifestyle, not because it will look good to tell your friends, family, and colleagues.

List all of them.
Are the goals SMART: specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound?

Now, focus on step 2.
Prioritize your goals.
If there is more than one, then list it in descending order of importance. Decide which you will discard and which you will work on.

The final step is 3.
Form a habit. Execute.
Steps 1 and 2 were only plans.

To achieve your goals, you have to take action daily.
