Are You Wasting Your Life As A People Pleaser?

How much more of your life will you waste worrying about other people's feelings?

Since childhood, we are conditioned to believe that we must always put others first and if we don’t we are selfish.

This needs to be unlearned. In a hurry. We are not put on this planet to live for other people. We are supposed to be strong and authentic with boundaries.

Putting people's feelings before our own needs is the opposite of that.

There’s nice and there’s kind. Kind is always good. You don’t have to always be nice though.

When someone wants you to do something that you don’t want to do but you do it anyway, just be nice, it’s a problem.

Learning to say no and set boundaries is the best thing you can do for yourself.

Don’t wait til your 40 like me.
