Art for Self-Care?!
We have heard that building a self-care regime can be a great way to not only manage our stress but also intentionally bring joy and happiness to our lives.
A self-care regime can be pockets of time where you put yourself first, daily, no matter what!
But how do we go about building a self-care regime and what can we add to it?
It all comes down to trial and error! Start with some of the things you loved doing as a kid and try those activities again to see if they still bring you joy.
