We have heard that building a self-care regime can be a great way to not only manage our stress but also intentionally bring joy and happiness to our lives.

A self-care regime can be pockets of time where you put yourself first, daily, no matter what!

But how do we go about building a self-care regime and what can we add to it?

It all comes down to trial and error! Start with some of the things you loved doing as a kid and try those activities again to see if they still bring you joy.

One such activity is ART! Art can be a great tool to -

  • Reduce Stress
  • Reconnect with our inner child
  • Express ourselves better
  • Use art to move through our emotions and understand them!
