Great leaders are great not only for what they do but for what they leave behind. As they walk toward progress, they leave their footprints on the victory path for others to follow.

As they celebrate wins, they set others up for success, lifting them to the podium called teamwork.

By role modeling and leading by example, they shape a culture that brings people together.

They raise new leaders, creating a virtuous cycle of greatness.

They have an impact that lasts beyond today.

They build a legacy that will keep flourishing tomorrow, and their light keeps shining even after they are long gone.

The best testimony of leadership is not the gap it leaves but the legacy it creates.
