Donald J. Kessler.

Who is he?

If you’re a space buff like me, then you will have heard the name ‘Kessler’ just a few times no doubt. Perhaps the article I have included at the end will jog your memory.

Named after Donald Kessler himself, when he discussed problems caused by ‘space junk,’ in a paper entitl/ed ‘Collision Frequency of Artificial Satellites: The Creation of a Debris Belt,’ back on 1st June 1978.
