A 5-minute breathing exercise is enough to replenish your energy and look after your inner balance.
Try this simple technique:
- Find a quiet, comfortable space.
- Sit or lie down with your back straight.
- Close your eyes and take a deep breath through your nose for a count of four.
- Hold your breath for a count of four.
- Exhale slowly and completely through your mouth for a count of six.
- Repeat this cycle for a few minutes, focusing on your breath and letting go of any tension.
