Surprisingly, one of the most important elements for a balanced life is often overlooked — relaxation.

In the past, it might have seemed like a luxury, but in today’s fast-paced world, it’s a genuine necessity.

The good news is it doesn’t take much time!

A 5-minute breathing exercise is enough to replenish your energy and look after your inner balance.

Try this simple technique:

  1. Find a quiet, comfortable space.
  2. Sit or lie down with your back straight.
  3. Close your eyes and take a deep breath through your nose for a count of four.
  4. Hold your breath for a count of four.
  5. Exhale slowly and completely through your mouth for a count of six.
  6. Repeat this cycle for a few minutes, focusing on your breath and letting go of any tension.

So, let’s not forget to self-recharge daily!
