I’ve been going to the gym for 8 months now, 3 times a week. It has slowly and painfully become a habit that I can’t live without at this point.

Surprisingly, this process is not only about boosting your energy and experiencing endorphins and dopamine release.

Working out with consistency helped me get my life in order, prioritize and stick to daily plans easier. It taught me discipline.

As Charles Duhigg beautifully explains in The Power of Habit:
