What does aiming high do?

1. Fail above average: A rocket aiming for Mars reaches somewhere remarkable even when it fails.

2. Better mental preparedness and resilience: We magically have more stamina left even at the 700th step while climbing a 1000-step mountain than on the last step of a 400-step mountain.

3. Motivation on auto mode: Higher aim attracts company of ambitious people, who will never let us enter the complacency mode.

4. Avoid shallowness and mediocrity: Aiming low and hitting it develops a sense of false pride. A high aim keeps us pushing our boundaries.

Some caveats

Aiming high comes with these barriers:

1. Temporary feelings of self-doubt

2. Lower confidence at times

3. Higher effort in the beginningTh

Perseverance will break these barriers.
