When you start as a new writer with no prior writing experience, becoming a successful writer online might sound like a big deal.

I thought the same when I started my blog two years ago.

I had no writing experience, and my articles were horrible. But, I kept writing more and more. So then, I started learning, and I got better at writing.

So, here’s how to become a better writer:

By writing more.

The real improvement happens when you sit down and write.

Here are a few more tips:

• Write more (that’s the most important)
• Read more (books, articles, stories, etc.)
• Follow other successful writers (read their work, subscribe to their newsletters, and follow their path)
• Develop a routine and stick to it.
