Joe has lived in this carefully constructed tunnel home for several years. It shares a block with a branch library and a community center where he cleans up, etc. He keeps the area scrupulously orderly; his place is usually more compact, but we’ve had terrible weather and he’s had to do a lot of rebuilding.
