First things first
Let’s first understand what confidence is not.
Confidence isn’t being delusional about your abilities or living in denial of your shortcomings.
It’s not believing failure can’t touch you but having faith that you can rise from setbacks.
Confidence is not living in a bubble, assuming you were born to win, but having the belief that you’re capable of giving it your all and reaching your aspirations.
Real confidence comes from within
True confidence comes when you’re in touch with your authentic self.
You’re clear about what you want and, more importantly, why you want it. This helps you fully commit to your goals.
You also know your positives and are mindful of your negatives. This self-awareness enables you to leverage your strengths and work on your weaknesses.
Self-assurance doesn’t come out of thin air. It comes from conviction – self-knowledge and self-belief.
