How Do You Define Freedom?

I’m not happy with my anti-vaxxer neighbors. They are putting my health at risk and justifying it on the basis of freedom. They don’t like mandates and claim they are “anti-American.”

Are they right? Should my freedom create risk for others? Should I be free to drive my car over one hundred miles per hour after drinking? How about letting my Chihauhau bite someone?
