How I Convinced Myself to Wake Up Early
I function best when I wake up between 5 to 6.30 AM. I also like to sleep late and longer than 6 hours.
Over the years, I have struggled with balancing these two sides of me. Sometimes I could wake up early, sometimes I couldn’t.
How am I pushing my morning self to wake up at 6 now?
I set up life goals and connected daily activities with that goal. I have to do my job, write on Medium, exercise, and take care of my family every day. If I don’t wake up early, I would not be able to complete all.
