I was among the 80%, nurturing the idea of mentoring African writers about leveraging Medium but never followed through because I felt unworthy.
An article by Tony Stubblebine fuelled my obsession to create and soft-launch my mentorship program, which I accomplished in 13 days.
Here’s how I did it without procrastinating.
First, I drew a rough overview of my program, validated it on social media, and outlined my curriculum, breaking broad topics into learning modules as soon as I got one writer on board.
I worked 5hrs every morning and 3 hrs before bed from the 5th-10th Aug structuring, developing, and fine-tuning the draft of my curriculum.
Afterward, I designed my curriculum on Canva and soft-launched my medium mentorship program on Aug 13th, 2023.
