We all have different opinions and perspectives on various issues and situations.

Sometimes you may encounter people who disagree with you or criticize you.

How should you react to their judgments?

There are 2 ways to interpret other people’s judgments: with respect or learn.

#1: Respect

Means that you acknowledge their right to have their own views and values, even if they are different from yours.

You do not let their judgments affect your self-esteem or happiness.

You agree to disagree and move on.

#2: Learn

Means that you listen to their judgments and try to understand their reasons and motives.

You do not take their judgments personally or defensively.

You see them as an opportunity to improve yourself.

By interpreting other people’s judgments in these ways, you can avoid conflicts and misunderstandings.
