Implementing discipline sucks! Especially at first. But the more you integrate discipline, the easier it gets. After a while, it becomes harder to eliminate your disciplined habits because the rewards are too irresistible to give up.

Pain is something most human beings don’t enjoy. Consequently, we avoid it and choose the path of least resistance because it’s soo damn easy to not. But you can’t get too far if you stay on the path of least resistance.

What are your goals? In what ways will you need to implement discipline to meet your objectives? Write it down, and accept the process of achieving your goals will be uncomfortable. Ignore this and just get to it.
