A simple tweak to make using Facebook for Jobs so much better
Love it or hate it (most likely the latter) it’s the place for job seekers and recruiters, sales types, and failed Instagram influencers to hang out with their endless dank memes and tall tales.
Here’s an idea for making things better for us normal users.
How about LinkedIn turning its mighty machine learning¹ to the task of auto-generating a multiple choice questionnaire for everyone’s profile?
To contact someone through the built in messaging system, especially if they’re not an existing contact, the sender would have to pass the test (say 80%+).
Even better, include average scores on a recruiter’s or agency’s profile so we can see how hard they’re really trying.
