It Is Good to Be In Doubt…
… It makes you think
It is something very easy to understand, provided one is willing to. Confidence leads to complacency, and that, in turn, leads to results that may be contrary to expectations.
Doubt, on the other hand, always keeps you on your toes. The related uncertainty makes you remain involved with your work till the very end, trying to better it further.
Had it not been for this doubt, you would have conveniently cast aside your work the moment it got over. The possibility of a second look and a crosschecking of the information would therefore have been nullified, and any mistake been overlooked.
It is a fact that having excessive doubt won’t help your cause. That being said, excess of anything is bad. But some amount of doubt is good to have because it makes you think and avoid complacency.
