  1. I trust myself and my capacity to handle the ebbs and flows of life
  2. This is temporary. I will find my way through.
  3. I am allowed to ask for help and take a break if I need it.
  4. I will take one thing at a time; I don’t have to do it all right now.
  5. My feelings are valid even when they are tough to sit with.
  6. Pausing to rest doesn’t mean I am falling behind in life.
  7. I have outgrown certain friendships. The best thing to do is to let it go.
  8. People are allowed to have a negative opinion of me.

I do not have to change myself to please them.
