- I trust myself and my capacity to handle the ebbs and flows of life
- This is temporary. I will find my way through.
- I am allowed to ask for help and take a break if I need it.
- I will take one thing at a time; I don’t have to do it all right now.
- My feelings are valid even when they are tough to sit with.
- Pausing to rest doesn’t mean I am falling behind in life.
- I have outgrown certain friendships. The best thing to do is to let it go.
- People are allowed to have a negative opinion of me.
I do not have to change myself to please them.
