We all have complaints about something or the other, whether it is compensation, workload, technology, process, or something else.

What happens when you take up a leadership role? Do the problems go away?

No, they do not!

What changes is only your perspective towards the problems! You acknowledge the problems and then do everything you can to come up with a solution with the available resources.

You can certainly escalate the problems, but if you are just complaining without any solutions, then you are not doing your job.

Your team looks up to you to get the answers, and if you don’t do anything about it, then you fail as a leader.

If you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem!
