“Remember the value and impact I create!” — Is a great reminder that helps us step out of imposter syndrome.

For a lot of people, their impostor comes from stories of “not being enough” or “not doing enough”, and a good way to step out of this loop of hate is by remembering our impact! Let’s do that by making it visual and visible!

Here’s an activity that helps us do just that!

  • Grab a transparent jar
  • Grab colorful sticky notes
  • Write down testimonies, reviews, or anything that people have shared on a note,
  • Fold these notes and stick them in the jar,
  • Watch the jar fill, and use it as a visual reminder of your impact!
