Oxford Comma — Love or Hate?

After a little debate about whether suggestions made by certain grammar checkers are being taken too seriously in some quarters, I noticed that Grammarly often tells me that my Oxford commas are superfluous to requirements. In the UK, a lot of people like Oxford commas, and I’m a fan. Oops! Did you spot it?
