When was the last time you wrote a letter? If it has been a long time, I would ask you to explore the charm of writing letters once again.

According to Kent states professor’s research, “The more letter-writing people did, the more they improved significantly on happiness and life satisfaction. The new and potentially important finding is that depressive symptoms decreased. By writing the letters — 15 to 20 minutes each, once a week for three weeks to different people — well-being increased significantly.”

Writing letters promote mindfulness and self-reflection. Letters touch a person’s heart. Letters are personal, promising, and are very real.

I started a publication to spread love and gratitude to small things of life. If you love writing a letter just like me, hop on!
