I am not a morning bird as well, but something changed my life one fine morning.
We all know this, but maybe someone needs a reminder from me: Waking up early isn’t just about catching the sunrise; it is more about positivity and anxiety reduction. (I am the proof!) 🌅
Morning hours offer a chance to connect with nature, a healthy treat for your body. 🌿
Early risers also have time for chores and hobbies, striking that perfect balance. 🧘♂️
The most important thing, it is healthy for the body because our biological clocks wire on this rhythm; after all, they say, “Night is meant for sleep.” ⏰
And if you’re like me, not a morning bird, I can confirm: I woke up early once, just to confirm this and write this story! 😂
