It is paradoxical that there is such a lack of self-confidence in this society that worships the ego and the most outrageous individuality.

Many people feel inadequate and incomplete when comparing themselves to the ideal image that everyone, without exception, is supposed to conform to.

This is where the problems such as anorexia, bulimia, depression, and addictions often come from.

Although the search for perfection could seem desirable, it ceases to be when it becomes an impossible obsession. It leads to the overwhelming feeling that something in us is wrong and that we can never get rid of it, no matter how hard we try.

We can only progress by facing our imperfections, learning from each mistake, and treating ourselves with love and respect. It also helps us to be more compassionate with others.

We are all simply humans.

We are all on a path toward Oneness.
