The Australian cricket legend Shane Warne’s death at just 52 shows how we never know when our last day will be.

Warne lived life to the full both on and off the pitch and by his own admission made plenty of mistakes in his life. He owned those mistakes though and continued to learn and grow. He didn’t dwell. He entertained millions and was adored by fans all over the world.

Don’t dwell on your mistakes.

Live today like it’s your last day.

You never know when it might be.

What’s certain is one day, it will be.

Do what you want to do.

Make that phone call you’ve been needing to make.

Ring your parents.

Get out of your own way and enjoy life.
