Do you ever see all the madness and chaos that’s posted on social media and find yourself kinda freaking out a little and feeling like society is on the brink of destruction!

But then you walk out your front door, look around, and realize; ‘Oh, everything is kinda ok and normal out here. Where’s all the mayhem?’.

Well, that’s because social media, the news, and what we see on TV aren’t real — for the most part.

Scaremongering, echo chambers, algorithms, and all that shite are designed solely to keep you tuned into particular platforms, docile and watching because that’s how they make their money.

So, before you have an anxiety attack over the things you see online, take a minute to go outside, look around, and see what is happening in your reality.

There’s a good chance the world isn’t as chaotic as the media may have it seem.
