Spring is when I’m ready to embody the sentiment “new year, new me.” After dealing with holiday stress and winter blues, warm weather feels like a gift from Mother Nature.

Eager to begin anew, I recently sat down and asked myself, “What would 2021 Nia do with her spare time?”
