Stick or Twist — The Most Important Decision In Life

The most important decision in life is found in blackjack.
In blackjack, the goal is to get to 21. Sticking is when you keep the hand you have. Twisting is when you take the chance to get even closer to 21.
In life too, you either stick or twist:
- You stick — you cash out your chips. You declare to the world that this is far enough.
- Or you twist — you keep going. You write another chapter, do another workout. You keep riding the snowball effect you’ve built.
Twisting makes me think of gumball machines. You put another coin into the gumball machine of life, twist the handle, and hope for another outcome.
Just one more gumball. One more shot.
It might just be what bursts the dam.
What grants your innermost wishes.
