The Company We Keep

“The more positive energy you have around you, the better you will feel about yourself.”

How true! Picture yourself sitting with a group of people at lunch break. Now imagine that all they’re doing is whining about everything. Nothing seems to please them.

You get up from the table and go back to your desk. How do you feel? Motivated? Drained?

The next day repeat this but with a different group. This group is laughing and upbeat, supporting each other, saying kind things.

Now how do you feel? Motivated? Drained?

The people we surround ourselves with and the energy they give off rubs off on us. What if we were more conscious of who we surround ourselves with? What if we chose wisely?
