The Measure of Success

Be happy and content within yourself

Success can be measured in many forms.

It can be judged by the number in your bank account, the social groups you roll in, and even the relationships you have with your friends and family.

But to me, the measure of success comes from how happy and content you feel within yourself.

Sure, having millions of dollars in the bank would be nice. Friends in high places and the most meaningful of relationships with everyone you know or come in contact with.

But in reality, none of that matters if you aren’t truly happy within yourself.

So before you go chasing meaningless goals and pandering to the needs of others think about what you really want in life and what would truly make you happy.

Then work towards it.
