Some people are active in the real world, and others can’t get out their heads.

They’re always thinking something over to the point of exhaustion.

Overthinking.

It can ruin your life if gone unchecked, for example:

  • triggering mental illness
  • interfering with your problem-solving skills
  • disrupting your sleep pattern

If you’d like to reclaim your head, you can do this by:

  • practicing thinking of what can go right rather than wrong
  • stop waiting for perfection
  • accept that you can’t predict your future

Overthinking can be hindering and can happen to anyone.

But you don’t have to let it consume your life; you can take control.
