As optimistic as I am, it’s a matter of years before AI eventually replaces most writers.

I know what you’re thinking.

“But I’m special.”

Maybe you are, but you won’t ever compete with AI tools.

You only have one brain. They have huge resources to rely on. They can learn, improve and write as well as you would. But even faster, and all this for a fraction of the price.

The only way to beat it?

Ditch the bland talking points. Forget about the lessons of other people. Show up and be unapologetically yourself instead.

Share what sparks in your mind on things you care about.

Write about your deepest experiences.

Talk about the good, the bad, and the ugliness of your journey

People will come back for how you make them feel.

Not for what you teach them.
