Self-help books can teach you valuable lessons about life but there’s a common problem regarding these types of books…

False hope and no quality control whatsoever.

I happen to read a lot of self-help books but it’s easy to get deep into a rabbit hole with these types of books and never provide any action to what you’re reading.

You know yourself best, not these authors who are trying to make a quick buck off of leading you on.

Always focus on yourself.
