One day you go to the gym, work out then you get home. The next day you look in the mirror and see no change. That’s why you quit.

One day you go out for a run, you come home exhausted, regenerate for one or two days before another run and realize you haven’t become faster. That’s why you quit.

Improvement takes time.

You don’t become stronger or faster in one or two days, you don’t earn a month’s payment in a day and you don’t learn reading, writing, calculating or another language in a few days.

No matter if you are famous, rich, beautiful, or whatever:

The trick is to not quit and to focus on the long-term goal.
