Things that have helped me shift to a better life.
I didn't know what to write today, but I knew that I wanted to share some practices and things that have helped me shift to a healthier, calmer, and more peaceful life.
I feel like sometimes we forget how far we have come, that we tend to play small in life. This post is your reminder that you are doing a great job because you may not be where you want to be now, however, you are for sure not where you used to be.
A few things that helped shift my life:
- Cycle syncing
- Meditation
- Regulating my nervous system
- Breathwork
- Journaling
- Body movement
- Living slowly
It’s never too late to shift to a better life. You are the greatest project you’ll ever work on.
