This Week’s Joy: A Cookie

We all have opinions on cookies — how we feel about, say, oatmeal raisin cookies, a somewhat divisive dessert. If you enjoy them, it’s uncomplicated. If you do not, you might consider yourself grievously deceived when you select a cookie from among many options and what you thought were chocolate chips…turn out to be raisins. I console myself on those occasions that at least it’s healthy — it has oatmeal and raisins, after all.
